About the role#
This position is a DoD SkillBridge Internship for active military members. The Project Management Analyst supports a growing and diversified business portfolio within the defense and space manufacturing industry. You will assist in managing project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables while providing strategic analysis to support corporate decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the management of a diversified business portfolio.
- Provide project management strategy to achieve cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Identify and resolve process or knowledge gaps by implementing standardized, repeatable processes.
- Manage multiple data sources to develop organized, solutions-focused best practices.
- Support corporate decision-making by providing analysis and reports, including revenue and expense forecasting.
- Assess performance results and recommend strategies to increase project success.
- Conduct feasibility studies and refine requirements to align delivery activities.
- Facilitate project status visibility through custom dashboards and regular reporting.
What you'll need#
- Knowledge and experience in program management, financial or audit functions, and analytics capabilities.
- Ability to manage scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
- Experience with project-based analytical work and financial modeling.
- Experience in conducting feasibility studies and refining requirements.
- Ability to assess performance results and recommend strategies to increase project success.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- Selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
