About the role#
This position is a DoD SkillBridge Internship intended for active military members. The Project Management Analyst supports the management of a diversified business portfolio, providing strategy to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives. This role involves analyzing policies and processes to drive business performance and supporting corporate decision-making through financial reporting and forecasting.
What you'll do#
- Assist in managing a growing business portfolio and project resources, including subcontractors.
- Develop and implement standardized processes to resolve knowledge gaps and improve efficiency.
- Manage multiple data sources to create solutions-focused best practices.
- Support corporate decision-making by providing reports and analysis, including revenue and expense forecasting.
- Provide project management strategy to achieve objectives related to cost, schedule, and performance.
- Facilitate project status visibility and manage scope, cost, and contractual deliverables.
- Conduct financial modeling and project-based analytical work to support business leaders.
What you'll need#
- Experience in program management, financial/audit, and analytics.
- Ability to assess performance results and recommend strategies to increase project success.
- Experience conducting feasibility studies and refining requirements.
- Proficiency in managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
- Experience with project-based analytical work and financial modeling.
- Candidates must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, as selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation.
- Preferred academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or Computer Science.
