Project Management Analyst- Skillbridge Internship

About the role#

This position is a DoD SkillBridge Internship intended for active military members. The Project Management Analyst supports the management of a diversified business portfolio, providing strategy to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives. This role involves analyzing policies and processes to drive business performance and supporting corporate decision-making through financial reporting and forecasting.

What you'll do#

• Assist in managing a growing business portfolio and project resources, including subcontractors.
• Develop and implement standardized processes to resolve knowledge gaps and improve efficiency.
• Manage multiple data sources to create solutions-focused best practices.
• Support corporate decision-making by providing reports and analysis, including revenue and expense forecasting.
• Provide project management strategy to achieve objectives related to cost, schedule, and performance.
• Facilitate project status visibility and manage scope, cost, and contractual deliverables.
• Conduct financial modeling and project-based analytical work to support business leaders.

What you'll need#

• Experience in program management, financial/audit, and analytics.
• Ability to assess performance results and recommend strategies to increase project success.
• Experience conducting feasibility studies and refining requirements.
• Proficiency in managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
• Experience with project-based analytical work and financial modeling.
• Candidates must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, as selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation.
• Preferred academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or Computer Science.
