About the role#
IEW Construction Group, Inc. is hiring an Accounting Intern for the summer of 2027. This full-time position offers hands-on experience and mentoring within our accounting department. You will work on-site in Hamilton Township, New Jersey, collaborating with the AP Department, the AP Manager, and the CFO.
What you'll do#
- Update the employee database.
- Gather payroll data.
- Screen resumes for the department.
- Post journal entries.
- Assist with accounts payable and billing tasks.
- Support daily administrative duties.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accounting or related degree program.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial acumen.
- Strong attention to detail for data entry and record keeping.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Location: Hamilton Township, New Jersey (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 20, 2027 to August 28, 2027).
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Compensation: $20 to $23 per hour.
