About the role#
Ideas United is seeking interns for the Summer 2026 program. This role offers hands-on experience within a creative studio environment, providing insight into the project lifecycle and agency operations. Interns will work 20-25 hours per week under the guidance of an intern manager.
What you'll do#
- Learn the roles and responsibilities of each team within the organization.
- Shadow projects to understand the full project lifecycle.
- Coordinate logistical details involving vendors, staffing, attendees, and budgets.
- Assist in creating event production schedules, runs of show, timelines, and layouts.
- Participate in project brainstorms and research design and décor implementations.
- Provide event assistance and tech support for attendees.
- Perform quality assurance for event apps and websites.
- Collaborate with fellow interns on internal projects and tasks.
What you'll need#
- A desire to learn about the creative industry and a passion for exploring new topics, organizations, and people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to receive and act on constructive feedback.
- Interest in storytelling.
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or Business Administration.
