About the role#
As a Digital Consulting Associate, you will join our team to help clients navigate complex challenges by combining strategy, operations, and technology. You will use Huron tools and methodologies to plan and implement enterprise software and analytics solutions. This role involves managing project work streams and collaborating directly with client leadership.
What you'll do#
- Deliver project work streams and manage work plans.
- Perform analytics and reporting tasks.
- Lead client interface and presentations.
- Collaborate with client staff and leadership.
- Manage and mentor junior Huron staff.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a technical developer, including cloud implementations and integrations.
- End-to-end implementation experience.
- Experience with Oracle Student Financial Aid (SFA).
- 2-4 years of experience in requirements analysis, writing functional specifications, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to own project work streams with minimal supervision.
- A willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
- Aptitude for working in team environments.
- Groovy scripting experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

- This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States.
