Consulting Analyst, Digital

About the role#

As a Consulting Analyst in the Digital practice, you will work on diverse projects across the commercial, higher education, and healthcare sectors. This full-time, paid position is designed for individuals graduating in Spring 2026 who are interested in applying technology systems to business processes. You will collaborate with leadership and team members to develop creative insights and implement solutions for complex client challenges.

What you'll do#

• Assist in the implementation of technology solutions, including performing technology assessments, business process mapping, data conversions, and user testing.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews with clients to gather qualitative data and understand institutional culture.
• Liaise with internal and external team members to organize project logistics, communicate updates, and present key findings.
• Work in a collaborative environment that may require extended hours depending on project demands.

What you'll need#

• Demonstrated academic excellence in a bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
