About the role#
We are hiring interns for the Summer 2027 term to join our Ground Transportation Division. You will work within our Highway Group to support various infrastructure projects. This is a paid, full-time internship based on-site at one of our offices.
What you'll do#
- Assist engineers with the planning, design, inspection, and construction support of highway projects.
- Prepare CADD drawings and contract plans.
- Perform engineering calculations, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates.
- Attend site visits for projects currently under construction.
- Compile technical reports and project documentation.
- Support project meetings and coordination efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BSCE program.
- An EIT certification is preferred.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is a plus.

- Locations: Burlington, VT; Chelmsford, MA; Portsmouth, NH; or Manchester, NH.
- Compensation: $26.00 per hour.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site.
