About the role#
We are hiring a Project Manager Intern to join our team at our corporate headquarters. You will gain exposure to the full construction process, ranging from initial pre-construction phases through to final project closeout.
What you'll do#
- Estimate upcoming projects.
- Review construction documents to ensure they are complete and buildable.
- Define project scopes and negotiate contracts.
- Oversee subcontractors, material deliveries, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Find ways to improve efficiency and ensure successful project completion.
- Provide direct support to Project Managers on various tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Construction Management or Business program.
- Strong written, oral, and listening skills.
- Professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm.
- Ability to work as a self-starter who takes initiative.
- Capacity to set priorities based on the needs of the organization.
- A sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to staff needs.

- This is an on-site position located in Sturtevant, Wisconsin.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
