About the role#
ComForCare Home Care is seeking a Marketing & Sales Intern to support our Clayton and Henry County teams. This role is designed for experienced caregivers who want to transition into the business side of home care. You will work with our leadership team to build referral relationships and educate the local community about our services.
What you'll do#
- Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, and senior communities to introduce our services.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners.
- Represent the company at health fairs, community outreach activities, and networking events.
- Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources.
- Assist with community engagement and social media marketing.
- Distribute marketing materials including flyers and brochures.
- Track referral leads and marketing activities.
- Support daily office operations and learn the sales process for home care.
What you'll need#
- Previous professional caregiving experience is required.
- Preference is given to those with CNA, PCA, HHA, or DSP certifications.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Comfort speaking with community partners and healthcare professionals.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, and social media.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- A genuine interest in helping seniors and their families.
