About the role#
Our Summer Internship Program offers students and recent graduates the chance to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. You will work within a specific department or functional area on a project tied to a real business need. Throughout the summer, you will collaborate with employees and leaders to build practical skills and understand how your work contributes to the broader organization. Interns conclude the program by presenting their project findings and recommendations to company leadership. This program acts as a talent pipeline for future opportunities, such as our engineering and operations development programs.
What you'll do#
- Own a meaningful project within your assigned department with guidance from a manager or mentor.
- Apply your academic knowledge to real business, engineering, manufacturing, or operational challenges.
- Gather information, analyze data, solve problems, and develop recommendations.
- Collaborate with employees and leaders across the organization.
- Gain exposure to our business, customers, products, manufacturing processes, and key business drivers.
- Participate in professional development, learning, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing your project approach and results.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree, or recently graduated.
- Major in engineering, business, operations, supply chain, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Interest in gaining hands-on experience within a manufacturing organization.
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and learn new concepts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to take ownership of a project.
- Must meet export control eligibility requirements as a U.S. Person.
