About the role#
Highlights Healthcare is looking for aspiring BCBAs to join our Student Analyst Program. This role is for individuals currently enrolled in an accredited Master's program who want to work as a Registered Behavior Technician. You will receive support for your Master's level program completion, including payment for restricted and unrestricted hours, training, and tuition reimbursement.
What you'll do#
- Implement unique behavior plans developed by a BCBA.
- Collect data during therapy sessions.
- Conduct specific types of assessments.
- Work 1-on-1 with assigned learners.
- Participate in group sessions.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure effective session delivery.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience working with young children with special needs or behavioral challenges.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Desire for continued learning and a willingness to accept instruction and feedback.
- Ability to pass a criminal history background check.
- Reliable transportation and valid car insurance.
- Bilingual skills are preferred.

- Schedule: Day shift, 8 am to 6 pm.
