About the role#
As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will work directly with our Directors of Creative Strategy and Media Buying. This role focuses on the mechanics of performance marketing, from spotting emerging trends to analyzing campaign data. You will support the team in building and launching video campaigns for major direct-to-consumer brands.
What you'll do#
- Identify rising audio trends, meme formats, and visual styles on TikTok and Reels.
- Compile weekly Creative Intelligence reports on competitor performance.
- Pull and analyze daily performance data across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Assist strategists in writing creative briefs and scripts for the production team.
- Conduct quality assurance on ad assets before they go live.
What you'll need#
- Current junior, senior, or recent graduate status.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- A strong understanding of internet culture and social media trends.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Majors in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, or Data Science.
