About the role#
Herzing University is hiring an International Student Assistant for our Atlanta campus. This is a part-time, paid position for current students who are not eligible for Federal Work Study. You will work 15 to 20 hours per week within our standard operating hours of 8am to 8pm Monday through Thursday and 8am to 5pm on Friday.
What you'll do#
- Prepare official acceptance letters and packages for international students when requested by your manager.
- Review immigration documents to ensure they are free of errors.
- Upload student documents to the CRM system.
- Create and maintain physical files for international students.
- Keep student information updated in the CRM.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current Herzing University student in good academic standing.
- A high school diploma or an equivalent international diploma.
- Extreme reliability regarding your scheduled hours.
- A neat, professional appearance.
- Ability to follow all campus policies for students and employees.
Location & details#
- The role is located on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.
- This position pays $20 per hour.
- We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
