About the role#
This is a paid, part-time position for current Herzing University students. You will support the international student department by handling administrative tasks, documentation, and student records. This role requires 15 to 20 hours per week, with a schedule that varies between 8am and 8pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8am to 5pm on Fridays.
What you'll do#
- Prepare official acceptance letters and packages for international students as requested.
- Review immigration documents to identify and correct errors.
- Upload student documentation into the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate student information within the CRM.
- Create and organize physical files for international students.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current international student at Herzing University in good academic standing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent international diploma.
- Extreme reliability in maintaining your scheduled hours.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Commitment to following all campus policies for students and employees.
- Note: This position is not eligible for Federal Work Study (FWS) and does not offer visa sponsorship.
