Diversity and Leadership Training Intern - (2026 Semester 2) Generation H

About the role#

As a Diversity and Leadership Training Intern within the Generation H program, you will support the Director of Diversity and Leadership Development. This role focuses on the organization and planning of DEI engagement initiatives that support the brand's commitment to being a Maison for All. You will collaborate with the Talent Development team to assist in the alignment, deployment, and communication of DEI initiatives and leadership training offerings.

What you'll do#

• Assist with the research, planning, and implementation of engagement initiatives.
• Contribute innovative ideas and share DEI best practices.
• Help create boutique workshops focused on employee experience and team culture.
• Provide administrative support, including document management, meeting recaps, and tracking attendance.
• Assist with the planning and on-site support for leadership training seminars.
• Draft communications for recognition months.
• Participate in all scheduled internship activities, guest-speaker series, and events during business hours.
• Support office events and attend Talent Development team meetings as requested.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a degree program, specifically in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in diversity and inclusion or Human Resources.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as an active, collaborative team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A commitment to contributing positively to a work environment that emphasizes teamwork and respect for differences.
