About the role#
This internship focuses on building practical field experience. You will work alongside project management personnel to apply engineering principles to real construction projects. You will support the coordination of technical activities and maintain project quality standards.
What you'll do#
- Support the Project Manager, Project Superintendent, and Project Engineer with daily operations.
- Process RFIs and review submittals and shop drawings.
- Help with project administration, scheduling, and change order pricing.
- Assist with quantity ordering, project costing, and forecasting.
- Perform schedule updates and monitor quality assurance and quality control.
What you'll need#
- You are currently enrolled at a four-year institution as a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior.
- You are pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills and work well with others.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office.
- You are proactive, open to new ideas, and willing to work hard.
- You can manage your time well to meet deadlines under pressure.

- This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
- This is an on-site, full-time role for Summer 2027.
- This is a paid internship.
- You must have current authorization to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
