About the role#
Harris Computer is seeking an intern to join the eScholar team. This role involves rotating through Customer Support, Product Management, and Customer Success departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of products, customers, and internal operations. This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.
- Provide technical support to customers and manage incoming issues through the incident management system.
- Identify and implement improvements for incident intake, issue tracking, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in testing and continuous improvement efforts for support processes and internal tools.
- Experiment with AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance team productivity and issue triage.
- Assist with account management tasks, such as preparing customer materials, tracking follow-up items, and monitoring engagement.
- Contribute to customer success planning, including account reviews and adoption discussions.
- Gather end-user requirements and analyze source system data to identify quality issues or anomalies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL Server, Postgres, or Oracle.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as AWS Quicksight, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau.
- Proficiency in Python or other programming languages.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud-hosted applications.
- Experience with version control and functional testing.
- Prior experience in the education sector through internships.
- Ability to create technical documentation and translate data into actionable insights.
