How to get in at HappyRobot
Applying early is a significant advantage at HappyRobot because recruiters often review the first batch of candidates before the applicant pool grows too large. Intern Insider sends an instant alert the moment a role matching your target is published anywhere, so you can submit your materials among the first. This helps you avoid the frustration of getting lost in a massive pile of late submissions. You can reach out to the recruiters behind HappyRobot roles directly to ask about the position or a referral, which often improves your response rate compared to a standard application. Intern Insider surfaces these specific contacts, allowing you to bypass the generic queue and connect with the people actually making the hiring decisions.
