About the role#
This MBA Marketing Internship is a 12-week program designed for first-year MBA students. You will join our marketing team to work on brands that help people manage their health. The role offers exposure to brand strategy, analytics, and communication development within a consumer healthcare environment. Interns are considered for future Associate Brand Manager roles upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Spearhead a project specifically handpicked to align with your background and career goals.
- Collaborate with brand and cross-functional teams to tackle business challenges.
- Develop and manage short and medium-term brand strategies.
- Assist in the execution of marketing plans covering advertising, promotion, pricing, and digital strategy.
- Build professional relationships and network with senior executives.
- Utilize company-provided marketing tools, resources, and training.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with an expected graduation date in 2028.
- Ability to work full-time for 12 weeks from June 2027 through August 2027.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- Passion for marketing, consumer experience, sales, or innovation, particularly within consumer healthcare.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- A flexible mindset suitable for working in a global matrix organization.
- An innovative, tenacious, and accountable approach to work.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site internship located in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.
- The program runs during the summer of 2027.
