About the role#
H. J. Russell & Company is hiring a full-time Intern for Summer 2027. This position is based on-site in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts. You will work within our construction team to gain experience and build upon your current skills.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with project team members to deliver construction projects.
- Learn from subject matter experts across the organization.
- Participate in various phases of project development.
- Maintain a safe work environment and encourage safe practices among team members.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited four-year or graduate engineering university.
- Pursuit of a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Basic proficiency in office software like Word and Excel.
- Ability to use CADD software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation.
- Familiarity with other engineering automation tools as needed.

- Location: Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts.

- This is a paid, full-time internship.
