About the role#
The Greycroft Public Opportunities Fund is looking for an MBA intern to support the Portfolio Manager. This role involves working across the full investment process, from initial research to due diligence. You will work 10 to 20 hours per week over a three-month period.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the Portfolio Manager to develop industry research reports on topics like consumer internet, software, and fintech.
- Help prepare investment memos for new and existing holdings.
- Conduct thematic research and data analysis to identify new equity investment opportunities.
- Join research calls with management teams of current or potential holdings.
- Work with the marketing team to create public-facing written content.
What you'll need#
- You are a current first-year or second-year MBA student.
- We prefer candidates with a background in investment banking or equity research.
- You have a strong interest in stocks and financial markets.
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detail.
Location & details#
- This is a remote position, with the option to work in-person in Boston occasionally.
- The internship is paid at $50 per hour.
- This role is for the Fall 2026 term.
