About the role#
Grand Design RV is seeking a motivated recent college graduate to join our marketing team as a Marketing Specialist Intern. This role offers hands-on exposure to brand management, product marketing, social media, and event planning. You will contribute to our largest brands, helping bring products and stories to life for our customers, dealers, and owner communities. We are looking for someone who is ready to apply their education, ask thoughtful questions, and embrace new challenges while working alongside our experienced team.
What you'll do#
- Support the day-to-day marketing needs of assigned models and assist with product launches, promotions, and go-to-market activities.
- Create content across social media, email, websites, blogs, and video channels.
- Write blog articles, newsletters, and product-related copy.
- Coordinate email marketing deployments and support the development of customer newsletters.
- Develop website content and educational materials for both prospective customers and current owners.
- Support video production efforts and photography sessions, including unit staging and coordination.
- Develop dealer training materials and sales resources to ensure our partners are well-equipped.
- Engage with customers and owners on social media and community channels.
- Support influencer partnerships and user-generated content programs.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events, such as RV shows, owner rallies, and dealer meetings.
What you'll need#
- A recent bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across different teams.
- Professionalism and maturity to interact with customers, dealers, and company leadership.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
- A competitive mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
