Goodwill Intern/Volunteer

About the role#

This internship or volunteer position offers the opportunity to gain experience within a nonprofit organization focused on job training, education, and community programs. You will work within a collaborative team environment to support initiatives that strengthen the community through employment and empowerment.

What you'll do#

• Assist with program development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Support retail and warehousing management and growth.
• Engage in community outreach and support initiatives.
• Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Assist with administrative tasks, project coordination, and content creation for communications.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a college or university program.
• Academic background in Public Health, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or Sociology.
• Passion for nonprofit work and community impact.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to the organization's mission and values.
