About the role#
Golden Gate University is hiring Federal Work Study Student Assistants. This role supports university departments with administrative tasks or engages in community service projects. You will work on a variable weekly schedule that accommodates your class hours. Positions are available on-site, hybrid, or remote.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative assistance to university departments.
- Perform data entry and manage office filing, faxing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Handle mail distribution and answer phones.
- Act as back-up for front office functions.
- Serve as a reading tutor for children in a community service project.
What you'll need#
- You must be approved for and awarded Federal Work Study funding through the Golden Gate University Financial Aid Office.
- Enrollment in the Business Administration major.
