Video Production Intern

About the role#

This on-site internship in Las Vegas supports the production of video content for social media, digital campaigns, and internal initiatives. You will gain experience across the full production process, from filming in real-world environments to editing and post-production for a national home services brand. Note that a portfolio or demo reel is required for consideration.

What you'll do#

• Capture video on-site at homes, branches, and local events.
• Film b-roll, interviews, and real in-field footage.
• Edit short- and long-form video for social media, advertisements, and internal use.
• Format and resize content for platforms including Meta, YouTube, and CTV.
• Assist with motion graphics, overlays, and basic animation.
• Support post-production tasks such as color correction and audio cleanup.
• Explore and apply AI tools to video production workflows.
• Organize and manage video assets and project files.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Film, Video Production, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Comfort shooting in real-world environments rather than only in a studio.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio or demo reel is required to apply.

• Compensation: $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience.
