About the role#

This full-time FP&A internship offers the opportunity to work directly with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting within a multi-location home services business. You will contribute to real financial projects and gain hands-on experience by supporting strategic decision-making processes.

What you'll do#

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes using real company data.
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Create materials for leadership presentations and business reviews.
• Partner with accounting and FP&A teams on key projects and initiatives.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Completed at least one year of college (rising juniors and seniors preferred).
• Solid understanding of financial basics, including financial statements and budgeting.
• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and data organization.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and communicate complex data clearly.
• Availability for the full 12-week program.
• Bonus qualifications include exposure to financial modeling, data analysis, or familiarity with systems like Adaptive Insights or ServiceTitan.

• Modality: On-site, full-time.
• Compensation: $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience.
