Summer or Fall 2026 – Organizational Development Intern

About the role#

This internship provides an opportunity to join the Organizational Development (OD) team at GIRO. You will contribute to concrete initiatives aimed at improving HR and organizational practices while working in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do#

• Support the management of OD projects, including basic planning, coordination, and deliverable follow-up.
• Participate in updating competency frameworks and HR processes through information gathering, synthesis, and formatting.
• Analyze and present HR data, such as engagement surveys, and assist in preparing key findings and action recommendations.
• Support the facilitation and coordination of workshops and committees.
• Create and enhance presentations and tools, such as learning capsules, guides, and toolkits, to improve HR processes.
• Support cross-functional initiatives through research, documentation, and coordination.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a university program in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous work or internship experience in Organizational Development and comfort working with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaborative tools like Teams, SharePoint, and HRIS.
• Interest in or comfort using AI tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
