Germain Hôtels is seeking an intern for the maintenance department at Le Germain Québec. This position offers the opportunity to participate in the hotel's preventive maintenance program under the direct supervision of the maintenance manager.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day hotel maintenance operations.
- Perform visual inspections of tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Assist with physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Navigate the facility using stairs and ladders as required.
- Complete other related maintenance tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a maintenance, mechanical, or related engineering program.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
