Geotab is seeking a Marketing Intern to join the team for a 12-month, full-time, paid internship beginning in September 2026. This role supports the development and execution of marketing strategies, including content creation, digital campaigns, event coordination, and public relations. You will work closely with the Geotab Brazil Marketing Team, external agencies, and vendors to ensure content resonates with the Brazilian market.
What you'll do#
- Content Creation: Design and edit high-impact social media assets, including short-form videos and static posts. Produce editorial materials such as brochures and infographics.
- Digital Marketing & AEO: Assist with digital campaigns and optimize content for search engines and AI platforms. Monitor performance and conduct competitive analysis.
- Public Relations: Support the review of PR materials, facilitate communication with local agencies, and track media coverage to create impact reports.
- Events: Assist in the end-to-end planning and logistics for trade shows and corporate gatherings, including inventory management and post-event reporting.
- Localization: Translate and adapt global marketing and PR assets from English to Portuguese to ensure cultural relevance for the Brazilian audience.
What you'll need#
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Design, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or Business.
- Languages: Mandatory fluency in both Brazilian Portuguese and English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant tools, including Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud for design, PowerPoint and Excel for events, and SEO/AI tools for AEO.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive willingness to learn. You must be able to manage multiple projects effectively.

- Modality: Hybrid.
- Term: Fall 2026 start (12-month duration).
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
