Campus Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role#

Geotab is seeking a Campus Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Operations team for the Fall 2026 term. This full-time internship is designed for students passionate about human resources and technology who want to contribute to our recruitment efforts. You will act as a Geotab culture ambassador while gaining hands-on experience in a professional software development environment.

What you'll do#

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding.
• Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes using our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to evaluate candidate skills and fit.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Support program initiatives and represent the company at campus events.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a post-secondary program in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for AI and automation, with an interest in leveraging tools to improve internal business operations.
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR is considered an asset.
