AI Researcher Intern

About the role#

The AI Researcher Intern will contribute to the development of intelligent agent frameworks, memory systems, and multi-agent collaboration architectures. This role involves translating cutting-edge research into engineering practice to enhance the capabilities, safety, and reliability of AI systems.

What you'll do#

• Research and design agent execution frameworks to provide a standardized runtime environment.
• Implement tool call orchestration mechanisms for unified function calling, API integration, and external system interaction.
• Design task decomposition and planning engines to support the breakdown of complex goals and optimize execution paths.
• Develop evaluation and benchmarking systems to establish quantitative metrics for agent capabilities.
• Research safety alignment mechanisms to mitigate risks such as unauthorized operations, harmful outputs, and goal drift.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree or PhD in an AI-related discipline.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience in asynchronous programming, concurrency control, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with mainstream LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• A deep understanding of Transformer architecture and large model principles.
• Ability to conduct independent technical research, managing the full process from problem definition to solution implementation.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
