About the role#
GenScript is seeking an AI Intern to join the Digital and Intelligent Technology Center. You will work on designing and optimizing enterprise AI agents to automate business processes. This role involves building capabilities for task planning and workflow orchestration using large language models. You will work with product and business teams to deploy these solutions into real-world enterprise environments.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and test enterprise AI agents.
- Build agent capabilities such as tool calling and workflow orchestration.
- Integrate AI agents with internal systems like ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, and order management.
- Develop and optimize enterprise system interfaces and agent tools.
- Automate cross-system business processes.
What you'll need#
- A Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Java and Python.
- Experience in large language model application development.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and function calling.
- Hands-on experience with Agent development frameworks, specifically LangGraph and Agent Scope.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, microservices, and enterprise system integration.
- Strong system design, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

- Location: Piscataway, New Jersey.
- Modality: On-site preferred, with remote options available for qualified candidates.
- Employment: Full-time internship.
- Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour based on experience.
