    About the role#

    The Graphic UI/UX Designer Intern will support the design and improvement of websites, web applications, dashboards, and other digital products. You will assist in creating user-friendly layouts, visual graphics, and interface mockups to enhance the user experience and visual presentation of digital tools. This role involves collaborating with project managers, developers, and technical staff to meet design requirements and project goals.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the design and improvement of websites, web applications, dashboards, and digital interfaces.
    • Create user interface layouts, wireframes, mockups, icons, images, and other visual design elements.
    • Select fonts, colors, images, spacing, and layout styles to improve usability and visual consistency.
    • Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, websites, presentations, and reports.
    • Prepare graphics and design files for use in web applications, presentations, and project documents.
    • Create sketches, samples, and design options for website and application layouts.
    • Review and improve existing website and application screens to enhance user experience.
    • Support the development of consistent visual standards for digital products.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a degree program for graphic design, digital media, web design, UI/UX design, computer graphics, computer science, or a related field.
    • Basic knowledge of graphic design, web design, or user interface design principles.
    • Experience with design or image-editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, or Canva.
    • Ability to create clean, organized, and visually appealing layouts with strong attention to detail regarding color, spacing, alignment, and formatting.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Willingness to learn new software, design tools, and project workflows.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a project team.
