About the role#
This is a paid internship program for students completing their freshman year of college. You will spend your summer gaining practical industry training and exposure to real project work. The program runs on Wednesdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm, between May and August 2027.
What you'll do#
Your time is split between developmental training and contributing to project teams. You will gain a contextual understanding of how we develop and deliver solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Completing Environmental Health and Safety training with tiered certification
- Participating in Design Technology and Site Design training
- Reviewing project plans and specifications
- Attending client project site visits
- Working alongside project teams
What you'll need#
- Completion of your freshman year of university or college studies
- Enrollment as a sophomore for the upcoming academic year
- Reliable self-transportation to our office and local project sites
- Strong communication skills and a coachable attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage your time, stay organized, and apply critical thinking to tasks
- A desire to grow personally and professionally
