About the role#
The Sales and Trading internship is a nine-week, on-site program based in our New York office. You will work directly with our Sales and Trading teams, gaining hands-on experience with real products and business challenges. This role includes a rotational element, providing exposure to multiple areas of our business such as Franchise Trading, Principal Trading, Sales, Lending, and On Chain Trading.
What you'll do#
- Support the trading team through collaborative and independent projects, including market and token analysis, scripting, and operational tasks.
- Learn the scope of products and solutions we offer to our clients.
- Help the sales team refine coverage models, automate workflows, and build product offering decks.
- Assist with daily team processes, such as creating market color reports, prospecting new accounts, and managing existing relationships.
- Develop trade ideas and structure trades, culminating in pitching those trades based on your desk experience.
- Deepen your knowledge of digital assets, DeFi, macro, and derivatives.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or master's students graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Master's students must have fewer than two years of relevant, full-time work experience.
- General knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Interest in global markets, trading, derivatives, strategy, and business development.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and communicate effectively with others.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit.

- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7th to August 6th).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Paid at $55 per hour.
