About the role#
As a Customer Experience Intern, you will support the Residential Business team. This 11-week program offers hands-on experience in customer journey analysis and experience optimization. You will participate in project assignments, Leadership Dialogues, and Professional Development Workshops to help you build leadership skills.
What you'll do#
- Collect and analyze customer data to track key performance indicators and identify behavioral trends.
- Provide actionable insights based on your data analysis.
- Help the team identify and implement new processes, touchpoints, and workflows.
- Assist with day-to-day operations and customer advocacy initiatives.
- Collaborate with departments like Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations on strategic projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program, preferably as a sophomore or junior.
- A major in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- A 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Availability from May 24, 2027, through August 6, 2027.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- A high level of curiosity, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or customer feedback tools is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Parsippany, New Jersey.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Travel: Ability to visit plants or customer sites as needed (10% of the time).
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
