Student Recruitment Representative

About the role#

The Student Recruitment Representative at FVI School of Nursing and Technology acts as a primary point of contact for prospective students. This role involves guiding individuals through the admissions process, answering questions about career education programs, and helping students make informed decisions about their education.

What you'll do#

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information on programs and admission requirements.
• Assist potential students in completing the enrollment process, including gathering necessary documentation.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective students to support their transition into their educational journey.
• Follow up with interested individuals who have not yet enrolled.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all student interactions and inquiries.

What you'll need#

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in outbound calling, admissions, or a call center environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Prior experience in higher education or vocational schools is considered a plus.

• Location: Miami, Florida.
• Modality: On-site, Monday through Friday.
• Compensation: 20 to 25 USD per hour.
