About the role#
The Student Recruitment Representative plays a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process at FVI School of Nursing and Technology. This position focuses on promoting career education programs, assisting with enrollment, and building relationships with individuals interested in advancing their education.
What you'll do#
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about programs and the admission process.
- Guide potential students through the enrollment process, including gathering documentation and completing necessary steps.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students to support their transition into their educational journey.
- Follow up with interested individuals who have not yet enrolled.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions and inquiries.
What you'll need#
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in outbound calling, admissions, or a call center environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Prior experience in higher education or vocational schools is considered a plus.
