About the role#
Franklin Cummings Tech is hiring a Temporary Enrollment Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a remote, part-time position where you will support the Admissions team. You will work directly with an admissions counselor to help manage student outreach and office operations. This role offers the chance to build skills in communication, project management, and customer service.
What you'll do#
- Support your assigned admissions counselor with daily tasks.
- Answer questions from prospective students regarding the admissions process.
- Reach out to prospective students to encourage them to apply.
- Enter test scores, immunization records, and placement data into the college database.
- Provide support for Enrollment Weeks and Orientations.
- Contribute to social media campaigns to promote the college.
- Assist with other projects as they arise.
What you'll need#
- You must be a currently enrolled student at Franklin Cummings Tech.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort speaking with prospective students through phone, text, or email.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time well.
- You are reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfort using databases, spreadsheets, and basic digital tools.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and excitement for the college.
- Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
