About the role#
Foxconn Industrial Internet is seeking an HR Associate Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This is a part-time position based in Houston, Texas. You will work 20 hours per week over a 13-week period from August 31 to November 27, 2026. You will assist the HR team with database management, compliance audits, and training record consolidation.
What you'll do#
- Review the current job description database across departments and sites to identify inconsistencies.
- Consolidate existing job descriptions into a single master file using a standardized template.
- Edit and reformat job descriptions to align with company branding and required sections.
- Support the audit of I-9 employment eligibility files for completeness.
- Consolidate training data from multiple sources to ensure record accuracy.
- Conduct research on Learning & Development resources to support the internal training platform.
- Provide general administrative support including document filing and data entry.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related business field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for document formatting and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage assigned workstreams independently while collaborating with the HR team.
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment where priorities can shift.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee records.

- Compensation: $16 per hour.
