About the role#
As a Business Operations Analyst Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting business operations, data analytics, and enterprise systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, troubleshoot operational challenges, and identify areas for improvement. This role involves maintaining data accuracy and developing reports that support operational decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and validation to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with teams like Master Data, Product Information, and Sales Operations to investigate data challenges.
- Support business projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and documenting requirements.
- Identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
- Assist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) tasks, including updates, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Support master data management through data updates, quality checks, and process documentation.
- Learn and apply new tools to strengthen your technical and industry skills.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of SQL, including the ability to write simple queries and retrieve data.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Experience with reporting or data visualization tools, such as Power BI, is a plus.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January through April 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
