About the role#
As a Client Support Intern, you will join our Client Success team to help our users navigate our software. You will work alongside other students and early-career professionals to solve technical problems and provide service to our clients. This is a paid, part-time position that offers the chance to gain real-world experience in the software industry.
What you'll do#
- Answer client questions and troubleshoot software issues via phone, chat, and email.
- Escalate software bugs to the appropriate internal teams.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Use your technical curiosity to find solutions using our software tools.
- Collaborate with a team of students and professionals.
- Learn how technology supports the philanthropic sector.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited academic program.
- Ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week.
- Willingness to commit to a service term of 9 months or longer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to learn.
- Interest in fields such as Accounting, Computer Science, or Communications.
- We welcome students from all areas of study.

- We are based in Bozeman, Montana.
