About the role#
Join our 10-week summer program at our headquarters in Richardson, Texas. You will work within the People Analytics team to connect data, technology, and people strategy. This role focuses on how workforce insights drive business decisions and improve the employee experience. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting AI transformation initiatives and conducting research on workforce planning.
What you'll do#
- Gather, organize, and analyze HR data to identify workforce trends.
- Build and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and metrics regarding headcount, retention, and engagement.
- Translate raw data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Research and support projects centered on continuous improvement and employee experience.
- Contribute to AI transformation initiatives by exploring new ways to refine HR workflows.
- Ensure data integrity and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Partner with a dedicated mentor for feedback and professional development.
- Attend workshops, lunch and learns, and panel discussions.
- Present a final capstone project to company leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
- At least 18 years old by the start of the program.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- A curious mindset regarding the intersection of AI, technology, and organizational strategy.
Location & details#
- Location: Richardson, Texas.
- Schedule: Hybrid. You will work onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
- Duration: Summer 2027.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
