About the role#
Forward Madison FC is hiring for a Hospitality Internship based in Madison, Wisconsin. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role with a rolling term. You will work across event operations, hospitality management, and food and beverage services.
What you'll do#
You will manage the setup and tear down of stadium suites and hospitality areas. Your tasks include food expediting, stocking areas, and preparing for non-game day events. You will schedule part-time staff and coordinate with clients and sales representatives to ensure guest needs are met.
Beyond stadium events, you will support concert operations by managing back-of-house catering and artist requirements. You will also assist with events in the Forward Club and help source leads using the Honeybook CRM tool. Participation in scheduled Sports Business classes is required.
What you'll need#
- Ability to work long days, including frequent evenings and weekends.
- Completion of all required USL training and certifications.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
