This internship provides a hands-on learning experience focused on building proficiency in core maintenance tasks. You will work under supervision to develop practical skills in carpentry, basic electrical work, plumbing, and general facility upkeep while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
What you'll do#
- Address general maintenance requests, including plumbing, painting, minor electrical repairs, and locksmithing.
- Install fixtures, fire blankets, and smoke detectors during property preparations.
- Accompany team members for property evaluations and safety checks.
- Assist with moving activities, including furniture protection and safe lifting.
- Oversee contractor works to ensure tasks meet established standards.
- Proactively identify and report maintenance needs.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to perform basic electrical and plumbing work.
- Knowledge of carpentry.
- Experience in general maintenance.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
