About the role#
The Trailblazer Summer Internship Program is a twelve-week experience based in Indiana. You will work on real projects for our clients and solve technical problems. This program connects you with other students and provides direct mentoring from our engineers. You will also participate in professional development training throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Complete projects for Flexware clients.
- Solve technical challenges.
- Build a professional network with fellow interns.
- Participate in company training sessions.
- Work with and learn from our engineering team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical major.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- A strong interest in manufacturing and technology careers.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Previous internship experience is highly preferred.

- Locations: Fishers, Indiana and Valparaiso, Indiana.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
