About the role#
As a Product Enablement Specialist Co-op, you will work at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Customer Success. Your primary goal is to turn complex financial technology into clear, engaging content. You will help our partners and clients understand the platform by drafting guides, building training modules, and managing project materials.
What you'll do#
- Draft, edit, and maintain high-quality Product Guides and how-to articles.
- Support the development of training materials, including slide decks, videos, product tours, and interactive modules.
- Assist in managing the lifecycle of enablement projects to ensure documentation stays in sync with product releases.
- Organize and optimize internal documentation and learning management systems.
- Translate technical features into accessible enablement materials for users.
- Gather feedback on existing training materials to identify areas for improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program, preferably in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or English/Professional Writing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
- Clear, concise, and professional writing style.
- Tech-savvy mindset with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive approach to learning.
- Ability to work from our downtown Vancouver office.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or any learning management system is a major plus.
- Experience with screen-recording or video editing tools like Google Vids, Vimeo, or Adobe is an asset.
- Interest in project management frameworks such as Agile or Scrum.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or tutoring role.

- Location: Vancouver, British Columbia.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $3,000 to $4,000 monthly.
