About the role#
The Strategy Intern supports the Strategy department in day-to-day coordination and project execution. This role involves contributing to internal projects, including pitches, proposals, and industry research. The position requires a self-starter who can adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively within a team.
What you'll do#
- Support the Strategy team with daily coordination and task completion.
- Schedule, structure, and participate in team meetings and brainstorms.
- Document key actions, provide post-meeting summaries, and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Structure, develop, and write pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.
- Proof, edit, and elevate written work, including pitch decks and proposals.
- Manage the upkeep of templates, proposal libraries, and creative documents in the department database.
- Conduct research on client sectors, event audiences, and industry landscapes.
- Participate in proposal response meetings, including ideation and review sessions.
- Support content development for Global Creative Studio meetings.
What you'll need#
- Currently working towards a degree in Advertising, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or Psychology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to different situations and personalities while maintaining a flexible approach.
- Experience in Photoshop or graphic design is considered a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York. This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at the New York office. Candidates must reside in the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, or CT).
- Compensation: $20/hour for Bachelor's degree candidates; $25/hour for Master's degree candidates.
