About the role#
This internship provides exposure to facilities operations within a professional services environment. The role is based in the Seattle office and requires an on-site presence. This is a non-exempt, part-time position scheduled for 24 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and maintain conference rooms, kitchens, and multi-purpose spaces for meetings and events.
- Support catering logistics, including setting up food and refreshments.
- Reconcile deliveries and inspect items for quality.
- Monitor and stock supplies, maintain cleanliness in shared areas, and support the upkeep of beverage and snack stations.
- Assist with inventory management and placing supply orders.
- Provide backup support for reception and facilities services, such as copy, scan, and mail functions.
- Assist with event support and other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a college degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Communications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to follow procedures and manage multiple tasks.
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to interact effectively with staff, attorneys, and vendors.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds frequently.
- Willingness and ability to walk between conference rooms, multi-purpose rooms, storage rooms, and kitchens throughout the day.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.

- Pay Rate: $21 to $25 per hour.
