2026 Fall Internship | Stadium & Complex Operations

About the role#

The Stadium & Complex Operations intern will work with the Stadium Operations and Complex Management departments to coordinate and support events at Toyota Stadium and the Soccer Center. This role provides an overview of the daily operations of a professional Major League Soccer facility that hosts events over 300 days a year. This is a paid, full-time internship for the Fall 2026 term, running from late August through mid-December.

What you'll do#

• Assist with game day operations, including event set-up, tear-down, and management.
• Coordinate, plan, and oversee soccer events, concerts, tournaments, and other special events.
• Develop timelines, itineraries, and checklists for upcoming events.
• Coordinate pre-game field activities in accordance with MLS rules and regulations.
• Facilitate requests from visiting teams, front office staff, vendors, and league officials.
• Update and maintain schedules for staff, complex, and field usage.
• Monitor complex fields to ensure adherence to safety, security, and equipment usage procedures.
• Resolve customer service issues or escalate to supervisors as needed.

What you'll need#

• Must be an active college student.
• Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk extended distances, and work in outdoor weather conditions including heat, humidity, or wet environments.
• Knowledge of soccer is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
