About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship program running from mid-May to early August 2027. You will work in a cohort and within smaller teams to complete projects that support our work in the agriculture and financial services sectors. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship, and participate in learning sessions to build professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Work as a member of a team to complete specific projects and goals.
- Participate in workshops and classes to learn about our business and the industry.
- Help office staff with daily tasks.
- Interact with current and potential customers, the community, and your team members.
- Present your project findings and experiences to company leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, agriculture, economics, business administration, marketing, or human resources.
- You have completed at least 45 credit hours toward your degree before the program starts.
- You must be a US citizen or have unrestricted work authorization. We do not offer sponsorship for this role.
- You are able to work on-site.
Location & details#
- This role is located in Louisville, Kentucky.
- This is a full-time, paid position at $22 per hour.
- You are expected to provide your own transportation for your daily commute.
