About the role#
Fanshawe Athletics and Recreation is hiring students for the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 terms. We are looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to support our varsity teams, manage facilities, and handle event operations. This is a paid, on-site opportunity located at our London campus.
What you'll do#
Depending on your specific role, you will contribute to the daily operations of our athletic programs. Responsibilities include:
- Providing customer service and overseeing recreation activities or tournaments.
- Maintaining equipment inventory and performing facility maintenance.
- Setting up and tearing down varsity events.
- Creating social media content and promotional materials.
- Capturing and editing photos or video footage from events.
- Supporting varsity teams during practices and games as a trainer or manager.
- Managing scorekeeping, time clocks, shot clocks, and statistics.
- Announcing at home varsity games and events.
What you'll need#
- You must be a full-time Fanshawe College student.
- You should be energetic and dedicated to your work.
- Providing academic transcripts is mandatory as a condition of employment.
Location & details#
- Location: London, Ontario (on-campus only).
- Terms: Fall 2026 (August to December) and Winter 2027 (January to April).
- Shifts: May include evenings and weekends.
- Training: Full orientation and training are provided.
