About the role#
We are looking for a Process Improvement Co-Op to join our team in Cincinnati. This is a hands-on role where you will support continuous improvement initiatives across our operations. You will spend your time enhancing efficiency, optimizing workflows, and improving production processes while working alongside our operations, production, and supply chain teams.
What you'll do#
- Support process optimization for workflows, production layouts, and material handling.
- Develop and implement visual management tools to improve organization and communication.
- Assist in creating and improving systems for kit drop-off areas, WIP lanes, Kanban processes, and NCR isolation zones.
- Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Participate in hands-on activities to implement continuous improvement projects.
- Demonstrate our core values of Integrity, Velocity, and Teamwork.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with CAD tools, lean manufacturing, visual management, and process improvement principles is a plus.
- You must be a US citizen and attest to no dual citizenship to meet NOFORN requirements.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
- The role operates on a rolling term.
